What to include

To help us understand the issue, include:

  • your registered email address and full name;
  • whether you use Android or iOS and your device model;
  • the Daksh app version shown in your device settings;
  • what you were trying to do and the steps that caused the issue;
  • the exact error message and a screenshot, when available.

Never email your password, one-time password, private keys, or another person's personal information. Ceramic Academy support will not ask you to disclose your password.

Common requests

  • Problems signing in or verifying an account.
  • Enrollment, group access, or deactivated-account questions.
  • Focus timers, tasks, notifications, materials, or assignments.
  • Reporting inappropriate content or a security concern.
  • Correcting profile information you cannot edit in the app.
