Terms of Service

Who may use Daksh

Daksh is provided for Ceramic Academy students, mentors, and administrators. Student access may require approval and enrollment by the Academy. If you are a minor, you may use Daksh only with the consent and supervision required from your parent or guardian under applicable law.

Your account

• Provide accurate registration and profile information.
• Keep your sign-in credentials private and secure.
• Do not share, sell, impersonate, or misuse another account.
• Tell us promptly at hr@ceramicacademy.in if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless you have reported unauthorized access to us.

Using the service

Daksh provides focus timers, planning tools, study statistics, group chat, learning materials, assignments, mentor updates, notifications, and group rankings. You may use these features only for lawful educational and Academy-related purposes.

You must not:

• harass others or post abusive, deceptive, or unlawful content;
• upload malware or content you do not have the right to share;
• attempt to bypass access controls or interfere with the service;
• scrape, reverse engineer, or exploit Daksh except where law permits;
• manipulate study records, rankings, assignments, or attendance.

Content and intellectual property

Daksh, its branding, software, and Academy-provided learning materials belong to Ceramic Academy or their respective licensors. They may not be copied, resold, republished, or distributed outside their permitted educational use.

You retain ownership of content you create, such as messages and assignment submissions. You give Ceramic Academy permission to host, process, display, and share that content within Daksh as needed to provide group collaboration, assignment review, support, safety, and administration.

Study information is not a guarantee

Timers, statistics, reminders, rankings, and mentor feedback are study-support tools. They may contain delays or inaccuracies and do not guarantee examination results, admission, certification, or any other academic outcome. You remain responsible for checking formal Academy instructions and deadlines.

Availability and changes

We may maintain, update, suspend, or discontinue parts of Daksh. Connectivity, device settings, Firebase, app stores, and other dependencies may affect availability. We will make reasonable efforts to keep the service available but do not promise that it will always be uninterrupted or error-free.

Suspension and termination

Ceramic Academy may restrict or deactivate an account that is no longer eligible, violates these Terms, threatens users or systems, or must be restricted for legal or operational reasons. You may request account deletion through our Account & Data Deletion page.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains the information Daksh handles, why it is used, who can see it, and how to request correction or deletion.

Disclaimer and responsibility

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Daksh is provided on an “as available” basis. Ceramic Academy is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss caused by service interruptions, inaccurate user-provided content, or use outside the intended educational purpose. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Applicable law

These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of India. Any dispute should first be raised with Ceramic Academy through the support address below so we can try to resolve it directly.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms when Daksh or applicable requirements change. We will revise the date above, and continued use after an update means the revised Terms apply.
